Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with elegance and simplicity in mind, allowing you to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For the health and safety of our team and customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bridal footwear or any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Adventure awaits”. These items are considered final purchase due to their special occasion nature and deeply discounted pricing.

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the unworn shoes in their original box and place this inside a shipping box. Mail the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
  • An additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or in your PayPal account.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new pair of shoes.
