We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges of full-price items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unworn, in original condition
• Original packaging and all tags are included
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bridal footwear
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Items from the “Adventure awaits” collection

To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
